TarHeel Corporation, our sister corporation, is an exterior construction company with a specific focus on exterior renovations that include major roof replacement. Because roofing and exterior renovation projects often require similar waterproofing technology, installation expertise and equipment, cost savings can be realized by using a single contractor in order to reduce wasteful duplication and provide continuity of workflow.

St. Petersburg Pier
Renovation of the observation deck including roof replacement, new plaza deck system, waterproofing, mechanical equipment replacement, rooftop planter boxes, lighting, ADA compliance and other amenity replacements.

Crystal Bay Condominiums
A complete exterior renovation including removal and replacement of the wall covering system (EIFS) with stucco, waterproofing balconies, complete reroofing, site drainage, and new landscaping.

Don Cesar
Fourteen different roofing and waterproofing systems were utilized in over twenty-one different areas. The renovation also included stucco, planter box waterproofing, landscaping, canopy installation, plaza deck systems, ADA compliance, reframing entire roof sections and a multitude of amenity replacements.

Helmsley Sandcastle Hotel
A complete exterior renovation including construction of a 35’ X 25’ Porte-Cochere, stucco, window and door replacement, painting, awning installation, landscaping, signage, reroofing and erection of a new decorative mansard around the perimeter of the facility.

Westminster Asbury Towers
Complete reroofing, erection of a new decorative mansard around the perimeter of the facility, construction of new canopies, replacement of fascia, soffit and gutter systems.
