by jackhammer and then removed
by power equipment. |

After the installation of the roof membrane,
insulation board is installed and then concrete pavers. This is
referred to as an “upside down roof”. |

| The existing canvass system was replaced. The existing
framing was sand blasted, primed and painted. |
The raised structure in the middle of the plaza deck was completely
waterproofed using an elastomeric coating. |
To the North and South sides, new lights with pedestal bases were
installed as well as new concrete benches. |
